Preparing an enquiry

The quote builder works in your browser. Your name, business email, destination and enquiry text are not sent to KNDT when you fill out the form or prepare a message. The page does not save these contact details to browser storage. Reloading or closing the page may clear your request.

Sending your request

When you choose email or WhatsApp, the prepared enquiry is passed to that service so you can send it. Your email provider or WhatsApp handles the message under its own privacy terms. Copy and download options let you transfer the message yourself. KNDT receives your enquiry only when you send it through a contact channel.

How enquiry information is used

Information you send to KNDT is used to respond, prepare quotes and manage a potential or confirmed wholesale order. Avoid sending payment-card information, passwords or identity documents through the website.

Language preferences

The multilingual buying and selling view provides translated interface text and key ordering information. Official product names remain in English. A selected language may be saved locally in your browser. Information entered in enquiry forms is not sent to KNDT until you send the prepared message by email or WhatsApp. Detailed English pages remain available from the full English website.

Saved product lists

The full catalogue can save selected product references and requested quantities in local storage on this browser. It does not save your name, email, destination or enquiry text. Your selection can remain after you close the page. Use Clear list on the catalogue page to remove it. Downloaded product lists are files you control.

Stock update requests

The stock update form prepares a message in your browser. KNDT receives the request only when you send it by email or WhatsApp. If you request updates, the order desk may use the contact details and product interests you provide to send relevant stock and new release information. To stop those updates, reply to a message or email order@kndtwholesales.com.

Website services and preferences

The site is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information and server logs when serving pages. Your selected light or dark theme is saved locally in your browser. This site does not include advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts.
